DCIS Authentication System (DAS) help

The DCIS Authentication System (DAS) controls access to the DCIS System, including the Business Intelligence Reporting System, and the User Management System.

Users with DCIS accounts may attempt to log in using their DCIS username. On first login, they may need to click the Forgot Your Password? link to reset their password. If their account is in the system, they will be able to reset their DAS password, and it will be sent to their HHS email account. Users without accounts may use the Request Account link, and follow the directions there. They may also contact DCIS support at dcis.support@swaintechs.com or (888) 905-5767.

Note: Accounts are restricted to HHS staff, contractors and others with official business with HHS. Special access may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Logging in with DAS:

1. In the Login field, enter your DAS id (usually the DCIS username).
2. In the Password field, enter your Password.
3. Click LOGIN
Logging out of DAS:
1. In the right column of the DAS sign in window, click DCIS Logout.
2. Alternatively, close all browser windows.
Getting Help with DAS:
1. The Help with DCIS Authentication link in the right column of the DAS sign in window leads to this page.

Requesting an Account:
In the right column of the DAS sign in window, click Request Account.
Leaving Feedback on DAS (or any other aspect of the DCIS system):
In the right column of the DAS sign in window, click Feedback.
Resetting a forgotten DAS Password:
In the right column of the DAS sign in window, click Forgot your password?
Changing the DAS Password:
In the right column of the DAS sign in window, click Changing your password.
